Ivoplast was founded in 1969 when Siro Ceron set up his own business in Plastic Injection Moulding.
After opening a 850 square-metre factory, with Negri Bossi V22, V12 and V17 presses, and 4 co-workers, the company immediately made its mark in moulding highly complex technical items, as a result of his ten years of experience as a technical tester for Negri Bossi in Milan, a leading Italian company in the construction of plastic moulding presses.
However, he had a very good intuition about the market for Plastic products, which at that time was still underdeveloped: in fact, that market could potentially grow to give shape to a huge range of applications and solve several needs in almost every industry.
Ivoplast has moulded numerous items during its forty-five years of business: from small precision components for the automotive and white goods industries, to medium and large size products for furnishings, sport, the automotive industry, and a range of other applications in various industrial sectors.
Ivoplast has continued to grow over the years until reaching its current size.
Today Ivoplast is specialized in plastic moulding with 110 employees, a total surface of 73.000 square metres (of which 23.000 built-on square metres) and over 50 injection presses from 40 to 2000 Tons.

IVOPLAST is now one of the most important Italian companies in plastic injection moulding.
