Ultrasonic welding
Ultrasonic welding enables thermoplastic components to be joined permanently without the use of adhesives or solvents. Using high-precision equipment, we produce strong, clean and repeatable joints, ideal for both technical and aesthetic applications.
Application of thread-forming inserts
We apply metal thread inserts using thermal insertion or ultrasonic methods to ensure strength and mechanical resistance at the fastening points. The process is monitored to ensure consistent depth and positioning.
Pad printing
We offer an in-house pad printing service for marking or customising components. We can print logos, text, symbols or codes onto both flat and uneven surfaces with high definition.
Painting
We offer industrial coatings for plastic, including protective and decorative finishes. We provide matt, gloss, soft-touch or abrasion-resistant finishes, depending on the customer’s requirements.
Chrome plating
We provide chrome plating for plastic using treatments that combine aesthetic appeal with protection. The resulting surfaces are glossy, uniform and wear-resistant, making them ideal for the automotive, design and household appliance sectors.
Assembly
We carry out complete assembly of plastic components, integrating mechanical parts, accessories and functional inserts. Thanks to dedicated workstations and standardised procedures, we guarantee precision, repeatability and optimised production times. The result is a semi-finished or finished product that is ready for the next stages.
Wiring
We handle the wiring of electrical and electronic components in-house, including the installation of connectors, terminals, microswitches and circuit boards. All wiring is carried out with care, ensuring neatness, reliability and full compliance with the customer’s specifications. This enables us to supply complete modules, thereby reducing the number of suppliers involved.
Functional test
Before delivery, every assembled and wired component undergoes a functional test to ensure it is working correctly. We carry out electrical, mechanical and operational checks in accordance with the project specifications, so as to provide a reliable, safe product that is ready for use from the very first time.
