New moulds
Through reverse engineering, we analyse an existing product and its use in order to develop an improved and optimised version. We recreate the technical drawings based on the original model, integrating innovative solutions. The goal is to create a new object with superior performance and greater production efficiency.
CAE simulations allow us to analyse filling, pressures, deformations and joints in order to optimise each stage of the moulding process. Using virtual models, we predict the behaviour of the material and the final quality of the product. This approach reduces defects, development times and production costs.
Prototyping using additive manufacturing allows sintered prototypes to be created for functional analysis and design evaluation. This technology makes it possible to test shapes and functionality before mass production. The result is reduced development times and greater precision in the creation of the final product.
We design and supply moulds for the production of plastic components, guaranteeing precision and reliability. We also produce pre-series to test and optimise the product before mass production. The process ensures quality, functionality and reduced delivery times.
