Injection moulding
We mould items of all sizes, from 1 g to 10 kg, on 40 to 2,000 tonne presses, using single or double injection.
Injection moulding
Standard process in which molten plastic material is injected into the mould to obtain precise and repeatable components. Ideal for medium-high volume production.
2K technology moulding
Allows two materials or two colours to be combined in a single component during the same moulding cycle. Perfect for complex functional or aesthetic parts.
Two-colour moulding
Similar to 2K, it allows you to obtain products with two distinct colours in a single piece, without the need for assembly. It improves aesthetics and functionality.
Overmolding
This involves printing a plastic material onto another existing component (plastic or metal). Ideal for handles, seals or integrated protections.
Gas-assisted injection moulding (GAIM)
Gas is injected into strategic points of the mould to create internal cavities or reduce thicknesses. This results in lightweight, stable parts with fewer warping defects.
Insert molding
The plastic material is moulded around metal or other material inserts, integrating them into the final component. Useful for reinforcements, threads or conductive parts.
Microstamping / Microinjection
Technology for producing very small plastic components with highly precise details. Used in electronics, medical devices and micromechanics.
Co-injection molding
Two plastics are injected into the same mould sequentially or simultaneously, creating multi-layer structures. Great for combining different properties in a single piece.
Assisted compression moulding
Combines injection and compression to produce components with complex geometries or thin walls, improving surface quality and dimensional stability.
